Beauty Cosmetics

There is a little debate as to what falls into the category of beauty cosmetics. Some people think that anything that helps to enhance someone’s looks can be called this, which would mean almost all cosmetics. Other people think it just refers to decorative cosmetics.

Decorative cosmetics are very much what they sound like. They are what we use to enhance certain features so they are more noticeable. This includes eye shadow and lipstick, but can also extend to colored contacts and cosmetic tattoos.

Some people say that since lotions and scrubs invigorate the skin and make it healthier, they also qualify as beauty cosmetics. It really comes down to the opinion of the individual. But no matter what someone thinks falls into this category, the fact of the matter is that there are a lot of products in it for people to choose from.
